Self Description:
My name is Emmanuel Senat, I am 24 years old. I graduated a year ago from International Academy of Design and Technology. I moved to New York while I was still in school because I got an internship at Josie Natorie. It was so exciting, it was my first time in the city, working in midtown in this amazing building in Madison Avenue. 5 months later before I finished my internship at Josie Natori, I got another one at zac posen. I was very excited because it was a very great one to have. I worked as a sourcing assistant and learn a lot about Fabrics and made a few contacts with the vendors. Unfortunately there was no opening positions as we all know in fashion job growth opportunities are very slim. Afte Zac Posen I did another one at Yigal Azrouel, I really loved it there. I worked as a design intern and sourcing (because of my prior experience at Zac's). While working at Zac, I met Their Men's Stylist Tom Van Dorpe whom I spoke with and was in need of an assistant. I started working with him while at Yigal. My first taste in the Styling world, and this was when I knew that's what I wanted to do. While working with him and going to every showroom in New York, I met Corinna Springer (the owner of Nouveau PR) whom I ask if I can help out with the shows during fashion week. She happily accpeted and really liked my performence. She asked if I wanted to try PR and see how it fits. I loved it, and stayed with her for a six months. At Nouveau I met Christian Stroble whom I started to assist regularly as a stylist assistant, working in many shoots and my name printed in these glossy magazines. My love for PR is still there because I think it's my true calling. I felt very comfortable and right now I decided to look more into it and want an official job at a PR firm. So, if your company is looking for hardworking, easy going, and fashion lover please feel free to contact me. I speak and write French very well, I have a bachelor in Fashion Design and Merchandising. I am the kind of person who'll stay the office until my work is done!
