To whom this may concern,

I am looking for my dream job. I know it's not that simple, but I'm still giving it a try.

I am graduating this Fall from fashion school in Montreal. I've acquired many (and different) skills necessary to succeed and survive the fashion world. From fashion buying courses to organizing fashion week; I fell in love with the industry. I am interested in a couple of positions; visual layout assistant, assistant buyer and/or event coordinator. I was head coordinator at my school's fashion show. I was basically responsible for the outcome of the show with a team of coordinators in charge of specific aspects to putting a show together (PR, Makeup/Hair, Wardrobe, Models, Budget ...), as well as responsible for VIP section at Entreprise Event 2010 (volunteering).

I am currently working for the Gap corporation, here in Montreal. I am assisting the visual and merchandising team. I did a 45 hour internship at retail level during the semester, and that is how I got the position.

I am a perfect candidate. I am young, eager to learn, and definitely want to learn from the experts. Even if I start at junior level, I'm a fast learner (somewhat of a fashionable nerd). I am willing to relocate, New York or Los Angeles are my preferences. I have been to both cities for a couple of months and fell in love. Don't get me wrong, I love my city, but I have a feeling my dream job is elsewhere.

I am a serious candidate. I've got potential, I've got the drive and determination. I want this.
