A designer should choose representation based on the synergy that they have with his or her publicist; the designer should also make sure that his or her vision aligns with his or her publicist’s vision.

The part of the job that I find most challenging is dealing with editors and journalists that will not return my emails.  It is unprofessional and frustrating.   I also find it difficult to deal with clients who have expectations that cannot be met.
